About Us

We Care …

Our physicians, nurses and broad support staff make every effort to understand what cancer really means to each individual patient and family. We hope to ease the fear of cancer through education, a strong commitment to pain management, and emotional as well as spiritual support. We also encourage all patients to be direct participants in their treatment-related decisions, thus promoting a sense of control. We strive to deliver quality cancer care at all levels throughout a patient’s TRO experience. In addition, we provide compassionate care in an environment that respects and maintains a patient’s dignity at all times. It is through the efforts of many that the fear associated with cancer can be replaced with understanding, acceptance and hope.

We are close to home …

Cancer patients take comfort in knowing they do not have to leave the state to receive quality radiation therapy. Through our hospital partnerships, patients receive treatment at a number of centers in the greater metropolitan Atlanta area.

We are convenient …

At each TRO center, our warm, comfortable environment puts the finest care within easy reach. We designed our centers to make office visits effortless, so our patients can return to family, home and work as soon as possible.

We are state-of-the-art …

We maintain our commitment to the cutting-edge by equipping our centers with state-of-the-art linear accelerators and computerized treatment planning systems. While technology is important to quality radiation therapy, we also recognize that our well-trained staff provides the critical link between advanced technology and compassionate cancer care.

We are efficient …

We know the importance of timely, organized and consistent service. We routinely analyze our patient satisfaction surveys to improve patient care and service throughout all levels of our organization.

We are collaborative …

Our physicians participate in a weekly Evidence Based Peer Review conference, which provides a forum for physician discussion and consensus. The treating physician presents new cases to our physician group for input and approval of the treatment plan. All new patients benefit from this consensus conference. Through a collaborative effort, the process ensures that all patients receive appropriate treatment consistent with national standards.

We are welcoming …

We commit to providing appropriate, medically necessary healthcare services to all patients, regardless of age, sex, race, creed, nation of origin or ability to pay. It is our policy to make every effort to help patients meet their financial responsibilities for the medical services provided. For those patients without the ability to pay, we offer a charity care program for approved patients.
